"Shine is more than a workout! It is a supportive community that prioritizes body positivity. Since starting Shibe classes, I have significantly grown. Every 4 - 6 weeks, our community takes part in a "theme week", where all the classes are themed to celebrate some sort of special occasion! Our instructors bring the costumes and the vibes, and our participants bring the energy! Some past theme weeks we have done are, Spooky SZN, Winter Holiday Celebrations, Frost Week (iykyk), Valentines VS. Galentines, SHINE's 1st Birthday Week, and most recently, our Kickoff to Summer!
