Class Schedule

We offer a combination of live and re-stream classes throughout the week with consistent class times every week. 

Class Types

This is a 35min Cardio workout set to fun music (no equipment needed). To be specific, it's Choreographed, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Not sure what that means?


-> We're talking burpees and tuck jumps mixed with dance breaks.
-> We're talking music you can karaoke your heart out to.
-> We're talking, "holy crap, I haven't felt like this since my last amateur athletic performance"- level out of breath.
-> We're talking modifications so it's challenging as heck no matter what fitness level you're at.
-> We're talking dripping in sweat.

Abs & Arms seems to be a "love it" or "love to hate it" day (some of us, *cough, Jess, cough* personally love to hate pushups).

This is a 35min low-intensity, strength workout for your Abs & Arms - to fun music, of course.


If you've been to class before you know that low intensity =/= easy! Schedule it in your calendar and Countdown the days until this burner of a class ;)

This is a 35min, low-intensity, (but not easy) strength workout. We alternate power and specific tracks to target ALL the muscles in your legs & booty - choreographed to the music, of course. Fair warning: We're going to Get Low, be Bootylicious, and may or may not have a clean playlist. You've been warned ;)

This is a 45min Total Body workout set to fun music (no equipment needed). To be specific, it's Choreographed steady state cardio and standing strength work. Not sure what that means?
-> We're talking SAME SHINE Energy, LOWER Intensity
-> We're talking NO burpees or tuck jumps, but still lots of dance breaks.
-> We're talking music you can karaoke your heart out to.
-> We're talking modifications so it's challenging - specifically designed for beginner and intermediate advanced fitness levels

This is designed for the people that have looked at a HIIT Cardio class and been too nervous to try because you haven't done intense exercise in a while. Falling off track with exercise happens, and the only thing that matters is getting back on track. We designed this class to help you START or GET BACK into LOVING exercise.
